Whole Foods Paleo/Primal Deals Through September 30, 2014

Here are the Whole Foods paleo/primal deals through September 30, 2014. The Whole Foods list includes the best regular priced deals, deals matched with coupons and cash back rebates for an even sweeter deal.

UPDATE 9/23 I've added new coupons to match with these deals!

If you aren't familiar with Ibotta, you should be! Read about how to use Ibotta to get cash back for groceries and save yourself even more. There are a couple of other apps for rebates, but I think Ibotta has consistently been the easiest and reliable to use. And if you don't want to clip coupons, it's one way to save money without them.

For those of you who are new to shopping at Whole Foods, you’ll want to read Secrets to Saving Big at Whole Foods first.

NEW FEATURE If you've been too busy to pick up the Whole Foods coupon books, or weren't sure how to print them from home, I've added a new feature to make it easier for you. I've created an Issuu account and uploaded a PDF file with Whole Foods coupons. The books in store and the links are always gone well before they expire. I have always kept PDF's of their coupons for the reason.

The current list has coupon deals from the no longer available coupon books, but you can still download my files and print from home!

Here are the Whole Foods coupons valid through September 30, and also the Whole Foods coupons valid through November 30, 2014.

If you haven’t shopped at Whole Foods before, or if it’s been awhile, you will probably be surprised at how affordable they’ve become while still maintaining their high standards quality. I’m not being paid to say that, either. In a future post, I’m going to share a few more eye openers about Whole Foods prices that will probably surprise you.

Whole Foods is unique because they do not have a print ad like most other stores. Their sales cycle runs for about two weeks and some items, such as meat and produce, change weekly depending on the store’s inventory and product availability. If you aren’t subscribed to their e-mails, you’re missing out on printable coupons, bonus coupons, and weekly sales updates.

More Ways to Save at Whole Foods:

10% Case Discount

If you’re wondering how many to a case, just check the shelf tag. Above the upc is a tiny number that shows you how many are in a case of that item. Make sure your case is all like items, and remember to mention this to your cashier at checkout. They have to manually enter the discount. If you run into problems, don't sweat it -- just ask for the manager. These guys are awesome and very helpful when the checkers are unfamiliar.

Reusable bags

Whole Foods will take $0.10 off your bill for each bag you bring in.

Wednesday Deal

Hot & Cold Food Bars are just $6.49/lb - save $2/lb!

Try Anything In the Store

If there's something you're not sure about at Whole Foods, they will open the item and let you try it absolutely free. Ask an employee for assistance if you want to try something. Chances are, they'll send you home with the rest of the open item.

I got to try the aronia berry chews for free this week.

A BIG thank you to the Paradise Valley Whole Foods store for this week’s list of matchups!
